周宏胜,博士,副研究员。近年来,主要从事果蔬保鲜流通技术和装备的研究和推广工作。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,江苏省自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,江苏省高效园艺作物遗传改良重点实验室开放课题1项。第一作者/通讯作者发表研究论文10余篇,参与制订江苏省地方标准1项,申报国家专利10余项。相关研究成果获中国商业联合会全国商业科技进步一等奖、中国轻工业联合会科技进步三等奖、江苏省农业科学院科技进步二等奖和江苏省冷链学会科技进步二等奖等奖项5项。
